  • The service is given only at Inokim's official stores in Miami and NYC. Owner presence is required (No Drop-offs)
  • Labor costs for repairs are waived.
  • InokimCare is specific to the scooter identified by its serial number and is non-transferable.
  • The plan remains valid in the event of a private resale of the scooter
  • InokimCare does not cover damages from improper use or accidents.
  • Free labor does not extend to repairs of damages caused by misuse or accidents.
  • The service will start from the purchase date and lasts for one year with proof of the Inokim Care invoice.
